Getting Started

First-Time Setup: For best first-layer results, check and adjust the Z-offset during initial setup or after replacing the nozzle or proximity sensor.

Wi-Fi & Cloud Printing: Connect the printer to Wi-Fi and link it to your PoloPrint Cloud account to send print jobs directly from the PoloPrint app — anytime, anywhere. You can also print G-code files stored on a TF card (microSD), which can also hold test models and software resources for offline use.

Safety Notice: Use the printer indoors and supervise younger users at all times. The nozzle and other heated components become hot during printing and shortly afterward — avoid contact until fully cooled.

We recommend adult supervision for younger children. Older kids can usually operate the app after a short demonstration.

Occasional failed prints can happen with any 3D printer, but auto-leveling and nozzle cleaning help reduce beginner issues.

Tina2C supports common PLA filament, so you are not locked into one brand.

If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you may submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
