Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from the ENTINA online store. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
14-Day Change-of-Mind Return
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if you change your mind or no longer want the product.
For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, complete, and in its original condition, and must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, components, manuals, and other included items.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges and any expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable after shipment, except where required by applicable law.
Please contact ENTINA before returning the product so that we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
30-Day Quality Issue Return or Replacement
Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, you may request return or replacement service if the product has:
- A manufacturing defect or functional failure not caused by the customer.
- A failure occurring during normal use due to materials, components, assembly, or workmanship.
- Substantial damage during transit.
- Been shipped incorrectly due to an ENTINA fulfillment error.
ENTINA may request photos, videos, serial numbers, error information, or reasonable troubleshooting before confirming the appropriate resolution.
For confirmed quality issues, transit damage, incorrect items, or ENTINA fulfillment errors, ENTINA will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions and cover eligible return shipping costs.
1-Year Quality Warranty
Eligible ENTINA 3D printers are covered by a 1-Year Quality Warranty.
Quality or functional failures reported after the initial 30-day quality-issue period may still qualify for warranty service.
Depending on the issue, warranty service may include:
- Technical troubleshooting.
- Replacement parts.
- Repair support.
- Product replacement.
- Another appropriate resolution.
The 1-Year Quality Warranty is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind return period and does not extend the change-of-mind return window.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty service generally does not cover damage or failures caused by:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper operation.
- Unauthorized modification or repair.
- Improper maintenance, installation, or storage.
- Use outside the product instructions.
- Normal wear or consumable parts, unless the failure is confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return or Service
Before returning any product, please contact:
Please provide your order number, printer model, serial number if applicable, and photos or videos showing the issue when relevant.
Do not send products to an ENTINA warehouse without prior return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Returned products will be inspected after receipt.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
ENTINA normally completes the return inspection and refund processing within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Paid orders may be canceled before they have been shipped or handed over to the carrier.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled and must instead be handled under the applicable return process above.
