Returns and Product Condition

For a change-of-mind return, the product must meet the applicable return conditions described in that policy, including being unused, complete, and in its original condition.

Different rules apply to confirmed manufacturing defects, transit damage, incorrect items, or ENTINA fulfillment errors.

Shipping availability, processing times, estimated delivery times, warehouse assignment, split shipments, restricted destinations, shipping methods, and shipping fees are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Peak-season congestion.

  • Remote delivery locations.

If an address error is discovered before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the carrier network, address changes may not be possible.

SECTION 8 - ORDER CANCELLATION

Paid orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped or handed over to the carrier.

If an order is confirmed as not yet shipped, it may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled and must instead be handled under the applicable return process.

Cancellation eligibility is based on the actual warehouse and carrier status at the time your request is reviewed.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RETURN SHIPPING

Returns, refunds, replacements, and return shipping are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

14-Day Change-of-Mind Return

Eligible customers may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

  • Unused.
  • Complete.
  • In its original condition.
  • Returned with the originally supplied accessories, components, manuals, and other included items.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original and expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable after shipment, except where required by applicable law.

30-Day Quality Issue Return or Replacement

Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, customers may request return or replacement service for eligible quality issues, including confirmed manufacturing defects, functional failures not caused by the customer, substantial transit damage, incorrect items, or ENTINA fulfillment errors.

ENTINA may request reasonable evidence or troubleshooting information before confirming the appropriate resolution.

For confirmed eligible quality issues, ENTINA will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions and cover eligible return shipping costs.

Please do not return products without prior authorization and return instructions.

SECTION 10 - WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Eligible ENTINA 3D printers are covered by a 1-Year Quality Warranty.

The warranty period is separate from both the 14-day change-of-mind return period and the 30-day quality-issue return or replacement period.

Eligible quality or functional failures reported after the initial 30-day quality-issue period may still qualify for warranty service.

Depending on the circumstances, warranty service may include:

  • Technical troubleshooting.
  • Replacement parts.
  • Repair support.
  • Product replacement.
  • Another appropriate resolution.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or failures caused by:

  • Accidental damage.
  • Misuse or improper operation.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Improper maintenance, installation, or storage.
  • Unsupported or incompatible materials.
  • Use outside the product instructions.
  • Normal wear or consumable components, unless the issue is confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect.
