10% is a limited-time reward for verified past ENTINA customers, not the default program rate. All accounts start at 5%. Upgrades and qualifying referral commissions are reviewed and adjusted manually; simply registering does not grant 10%.

Who can qualify for the 10% owner referral reward?
Customers who previously purchased an ENTINA product may apply, including orders from entina3d.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other channels. Proof of purchase and the referred sale must be verified by ENTINA.
Why does my GoAffPro account show 5%?
5% is the default affiliate commission. The 10% limited-time owner reward is not enabled automatically. After confirming an eligible referred order, please contact ENTINA with your affiliate email and proof of your previous ENTINA purchase. Approved commissions are adjusted manually.
How do I request verification?
Message ENTINA through an official social media account or use our Contact Us page. Include your affiliate registration email, your own purchase channel and original order number or purchase proof, and details of the referred sale if available. Please do not post order details in public comments.
Does my friend's purchase need to be on the ENTINA website?
Yes. The referral must be made through your unique GoAffPro link and tracked on the ENTINA online store at entina3d.com. A friend buying through Amazon, TikTok Shop or another marketplace may not be tracked by GoAffPro and is not covered by this tracked-referral program.
Are existing 5% referral sales automatically upgraded?
No. Previous sales or referrals recorded at the default rate are not upgraded automatically. Contact ENTINA to request a manual review of eligible referrals during the promotion; any adjustment is subject to approval.
What happens if a referred order is cancelled or refunded?
Commissions depend on valid, approved referred purchases. Cancelled, refunded or invalid orders may not qualify. ENTINA reviews order and attribution status before confirming any reward.
When does the limited-time promotion end?
This is a limited-time promotion, and the specific start and end dates are not currently announced. Please check ENTINA's official channels and this page for program updates.
When will my commission be paid?
Commission approval and payout are separate steps. Payment timing and methods depend on the affiliate program's applicable payout arrangements. Contact ENTINA support for details on your account.
