Customer service here is very good. I had an issue with the printer which needed a replacement part. They sent me a new part and followed up to see if everything was resolved.
I originally ordered the wrong part reached out to customer service and they were amazing at helping getting us the right part. I highly recommend this company and if you have any issues just reach out to them and they will help you.
There are many positives - the package arrived undamaged, it was elementary to start the printer for the first time, my eleven-year-old grandson is already independently and successfully printing his first models from your application and is delighted with your product. Therefore 5 stars.
A little negative - you promised that the product would arrive in 5-8 Business Days, but the product arrived after 20 days. You gave an unrealistic promise and it is disappointing. But I will not reduce the stars for that.
Order not shipped, nor was the payment refunded, and unable to get Customer Service to respond after numerous attempts. Entina is a mess!
The platform never arrived, and I complained about it, but it still hasn't arrived. Furthermore, I lost my money. The service is terrible.
I would appreciate it if you could send me another one.

I have never worked with a more professional crew. Their attitude from the start of the session was positive and the knowledge of my printer was amazing. We started at the issue at hand and worked our way to the cause of the problem. When we found it, they were fast to offer alternatives to repair. A motherboard was my fix. Thankyou guys.
