There are many positives - the package arrived undamaged, it was elementary to start the printer for the first time, my eleven-year-old grandson is already independently and successfully printing his first models from your application and is delighted with your product. Therefore 5 stars.
A little negative - you promised that the product would arrive in 5-8 Business Days, but the product arrived after 20 days. You gave an unrealistic promise and it is disappointing. But I will not reduce the stars for that.

The platform never arrived, and I complained about it, but it still hasn't arrived. Furthermore, I lost my money. The service is terrible.

I have never worked with a more professional crew. Their attitude from the start of the session was positive and the knowledge of my printer was amazing. We started at the issue at hand and worked our way to the cause of the problem. When we found it, they were fast to offer alternatives to repair. A motherboard was my fix. Thankyou guys.
