Returns and Used Products
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
If an eligible non-defective product has been used, a depreciation deduction of up to 20% of the original product purchase price may apply.
The deduction is not automatic and will be determined based on the actual condition of the returned product, including:
- Wear.
- Completeness.
- Missing accessories.
- Damage.
- Packaging condition.
- Loss in resale value.
No depreciation deduction will apply where the return is caused by a confirmed:
- Manufacturing defect.
- Transit damage.
- Incorrect item.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping availability, processing times, estimated delivery times, warehouse assignment, split shipments, restricted destinations, and shipping fees are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different warehouses.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an address error is discovered before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered the carrier network, address changes may not be possible.
SECTION 8 - ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped or handed over to the carrier.
If an order is confirmed as not shipped, it may be canceled and refunded.
Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation eligibility is based on the actual warehouse and carrier status at the time the request is reviewed.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RETURN SHIPPING
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind and other non-defective returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after shipment.
- Expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Used products may be subject to a depreciation deduction of up to 20% based on actual condition.

Eligible ENTINA products may include a 1-Year Quality Warranty.
The warranty period is separate from the 30-day return period.
The 30-day return period does not mean that all warranty rights end after 30 days.
Eligible quality issues reported after the initial return period may still be handled through:

- Repair support.
- Replacement.
- Another appropriate warranty resolution.
Warranty coverage may not apply to issues caused by:
