Shipping Policy
Shipping Origin
Orders placed within the United States are primarily shipped from our U.S. warehouses, including our West Coast warehouse (California) and our East Coast warehouse.
Warehouse Assignment: Our system automatically determines the shipping origin based on inventory availability, destination address, and operational factors. Customers cannot select a specific shipping origin.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.

Order Processing & Cancellation
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Cancellation Policy Sync: Cancellation requests are only accepted for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier or dispatched from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our Return Policy after receiving the product.
Verification: Cancellation is subject to our internal verification of the actual warehouse dispatch status, regardless of the tracking status displayed on the platform.
Estimated Delivery Time (Mainland U.S.)
Delivery times are estimates for reference only and are not guaranteed:
West Coast: 2–3 business days
Central U.S.: 4–5 business days
East Coast & Remote Areas: 7+ business days
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (UPS): 1–3 business days
Note: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
Alaska & Hawaii
Due to the remote nature of these areas, we currently do not support standard delivery. If you require shipping services to these locations, we recommend contacting us at support@entina3d.com before placing an order to verify deliverability and estimated timeframes.
Military Address Restrictions
Please be advised that our current logistics network is unable to facilitate deliveries to Military Addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO) within the United States or overseas.
Determination: The classification of an address as a "Military Address" is determined solely by our third-party logistics providers.
Order Processing: If an order is placed with a military shipping address, our system may flag it for cancellation.
Recommendation: To ensure successful delivery, please provide a standard residential or commercial physical address at checkout.
Split Shipments
To improve efficiency, a single order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses (e.g., a printer and accessories may ship separately).
Tracking: Each package will have a unique tracking number.
Returns Note: In the event of a return, all split packages and their respective contents must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Order Status & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers once shipped. Please allow time for initial carrier scans to sync. If your tracking has not updated within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Delivery & Shipping Fee Disclaimer
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak season congestion.
Non-Refundable Fees: As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all original shipping fees (including expedited charges) and return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or our fulfillment error.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused at delivery for reasons other than carrier damage, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees incurred.
