This page summarizes key return and warranty terms for products purchased directly from the ENTINA online store. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving an eligible product if you change your mind. For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, complete, and in its original condition with the original packaging, accessories, components, manuals, and other included items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original and expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable after shipment, except where required by law.

30-Day Quality Issue Return or Replacement

Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, you may request return or replacement service for eligible manufacturing defects, functional failures not caused by the customer, substantial transit damage, or incorrect items shipped by ENTINA.

For confirmed quality issues, transit damage, incorrect items, or ENTINA fulfillment errors, ENTINA will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions and cover eligible return shipping costs.

1-Year Quality Warranty

Eligible ENTINA 3D printers include a 1-year quality warranty. Depending on the issue, warranty support may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair support, product replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

How to Request Service

Before sending anything back, contact support@entina3d.com. Please include your order number, printer model, serial number if applicable, and photos or videos showing the issue when relevant.

Do not send a product to an ENTINA warehouse without prior return authorization and instructions.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. ENTINA normally completes return inspection and refund processing within 5 business days after receiving the returned product. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
